London Museum has an exciting opportunity for two Collection Move Technicians, which requires a collaborative, practical and flexible approach to the handling, transport, storage and care of collections. You will play a key role in supporting our exit from London Wall and relocation of the Collection. As we move towards the creation of a new museum at Smithfield, you will also play an important role in developing collection storage facilities; preparing and enabling collections to move; and delivering medium-to-large scale collection move projects.

We are seeking two people with previous experience of handling, moving, packing and transporting museum objects, and proven experience of working flexibly and creatively in a project driven environment. You should hold a full clean driving license and have experience of driving a 3.5 tonne vehicle.

In addition, we are looking for people who are skilled problem solvers with a pragmatic approach who is capable of building effective working relationships at all levels.
